its 9 AM and its Ruri writing. I'm hungry for pumpkin bread, which will be made and devoured so fast, it seems like it was never there. The recipe is phenomenal and here it is
Pumpkin Bread
3 cups sugar
1 cup veg oil
3 lg eggs
1 16oz can of pumpkin
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
opt. 1 cup chopped walnuts
preheat oven to 350 F
Butter and flour two 9x5x3 inch loaf pans
beat sugar and oil. mix in eggs and pumpkin. sift flour, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, salt, and baking powder into large bowl. Stir into pumpkin mix in 2 additions, divide into the pans. bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 1hr 10 min

hi its kephsy and i have never tried pumpkin bread! actually, i bet i have but i can't remember. sigh... those were the days... but now RURi went into the kitchen to make some so rejoice for me.
